EURI is a euro-backed stablecoin issued by Banking Circle S.A.
Banking Circle S.A. is a Luxembourg-registered financial institution (registration number RCS B222310) regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

EURI is designed to maintain a 1:1 peg with the euro, with equivalent euro reserves held in segregated fiduciary accounts under a bankruptcy-remote structure to protect token holders.
Its operation aligns with the principles of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and is classified as an E-Money Token (EMT).
The product leverages Banking Circle’s regulated financial infrastructure, incorporating anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls, as well as institutional-grade reserve management.

Currently, EURI is available on major blockchain networks—including Ethereum (ERC-20) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)—enabling fast and transparent euro-denominated digital transfers and settlements.

EURI’s reserves comprise euro cash deposits and high-quality liquid instruments such as short-term government securities and central-bank deposits.

Reserve management follows the E-Money Token (EMT) standards under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), with continuous monitoring of liquidity, concentration limits, and redemption capacity.
